Let me introduce myself:
My name is Nikki and I have a Bachelors of Computer Science from the School of Engineering at the University of Connecticut. As people become more and more computer saavy, they run into small problems, virii, inability to use certain functions, simple things to a computer guru but not to the average person. This is why I have designed this site. It is completely free to use, please ask me any question about basic computer knowledge, problems, or functionality. I will do my very best to give you the answer you're looking for or a step by step analysis on how to fix it. Please be advised I do work full time so depending on your problem I may not be able to answer you right away.
